Preheat oven to 190° C / gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a tray. Cook for 13-15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Carefully remove film and serve. |
MICROWAVE

Place in centre of microwave. Heat at 800W for 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Carefully remove film and serve. |
