Slow Cooked Grass Fed British Beef Stew

Grass fed chunks of British beef, slowly simmered in a rich tomato sauce with sweet red peppers and new potatoes

INGREDIENTS

British Grass Fed Beef (39%), Red Onion, Red Pepper, New Potato, Garlic, Fresh Parsley, Chopped Tomato, Tomato Puree, Red Wine (sulphites), Olive Oil, Smoked Paprika, Sweet Paprika, Salt, Black Pepper.

HOW TO HEAT

For best results oven cook from frozen. Serves 2 (700g)

OVEN

Preheat oven to 200°C / 200°C fan / gas mark 7. Remove slip and film. Place on baking tray and heat until piping hot.
40-45 mins

MICROWAVE

Remove slip and pierce film. Place in centre of microwave and heat at 800W until piping hot. Allow to cool for 2 mins before serving. 
15-20 mins

HOW TO STORE

Keep frozen -18°.
