ABOUT THIS POT
This pot is warming and delicious, a rustic and comforting stew made using our favourite pork sausages from HG Walter. Served with a mini pot of mustard and fresh chive crème fraîche.
 
Our pork is from London's most local producer of free range pork. The pigs are a Duroc / Hampshire cross and roam the South Downs in a completely free range environment.

 HOW IT ARRIVES
Arrives conveniently chilled in a 600ml individual pot with resealable lid. For a sharing box, the food will arrive in a large container.
 
HOW TO HEAT (from chilled)
 In the oven: Transfer the food from the pot into an oven-proof dish. Place in an oven at 180°C (pre-heated) and cook for 10-12 minutes until piping hot.
On the hob: When heating pots in a saucepan it sometimes helps to add a tablespoon of water to stop them catching. Empty pot into saucepan. Cook on a low heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until piping hot.
Microwave: Remove lid and place pot in microwave for 4 minutes on a medium power, stir and return to microwave for an extra minute to ensure it is piping hot throughout. Leave to stand for 30 seconds before tucking in.
