ABOUT THIS POT
A wintery puy lentil salad with rosemary roasted butternut squash, carrot, parsnip, beetroot and garlic. Garnished with micro amaranth and served with a spicy Harissa mayo on the side. Mix and match our seasonal side salads. As a main course we recommend 2-3 side portions per person and a portion of protein on the side.
