summer ribollita with grated parmesan

 A rustic Italian vegetable soup with beans, cabbage and veg served with a side pot of grated parmesan.
carrot * potato * celery * red onion * garlic * chopped tomato * plum tomato * cannellini bean * cavolo nero leaf * fennel seed * chilli flake * bay leaf * soft brown sugar * olive oil * salt & pepper * (side pot: parmesan)
main dish: contains celery (side pot: contains dairy)
Arrives in a 600ml pot with resealable lid. For sharing a box, the soup will arrive in a large container. 
HOW TO HEAT (from chilled)
On the hob: When heating pots in a saucepan it sometimes helps to add a tablespoon of water to stop them catching. Empty pot into saucepan. Cook on a low heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until piping hot. Add the parmesan and enjoy.
Microwave: Remove lid and place pot in microwave for 4 minutes on a medium power, stir and return to microwave for an extra minute to ensure it is piping hot throughout. Leave to stand for 30 seconds before tucking in. Add the parmesan and enjoy.
