HOW TO HEAT

OVEN

Preheat oven to 200°C / gas mark 7. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place on a tray in the oven and cook. Ensure food is piping hot before serving, then stir and allow to stand for 1 min. 30-35 mins

40-45 mins

MICROWAVE

Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place in centre of microwave and heat at 800W. Stir and allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. 8 mins

10-12 mins

Keep frozen -18°.
