ABOUT THIS CHEESE
A soft, rich, seasonal cheese made from Cow's milk in Switzerland or France. Traditionally produced in the winter months when the cows come down from Alpage (mountain pastures) and there's not enough milk to make Comté or other larger mountain cheese. Serve at room temperature as part of a beautiful cheese board; or bake in the oven with sprigs of thyme and garlic squeezed into slits cut into the top.
