Chilli Con Carne
Made using beef reared near the Ayrshire coast in Scotland. Keep it light by serving with a salad or make a feast of it by adding short grain brown rice, avocado, sour cream, fresh coriander and tortilla chips!

HOW TO HEAT

|Preheat oven to 200c / 200 c fac / gas mark 7. Remove slip and film. Place on baking tray and heat until piping hot.||30-35 mins||40-45 mins|
|Remove sleeve and pierce film twice with fork. Place in centre of microwave and heat at 800W. Carefully remove film and stir. Allow to stand for 1 min and ensure food is piping hot before serving.||8 mins||12-15 mins|

Keep frozen -18°.
