Chilli Con Carne

Made using beef reared near the Ayrshire coast in Scotland. Keep it light by serving with a salad or make a feast of it by adding short grain brown rice, avocado, sour cream, fresh coriander and tortilla chips! 

INGREDIENTS

Kidney Beans, British Beef (44.6%), Chopped Tomatoes, Water, Onion, Tomato Puree, Olive Oil, Garlic, Dark Chocolate, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce (Fish, Soya), Red Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Ground Cinnamon, Coriander Seeds, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper

OVEN

Preheat oven to 200c / 200 c fac / gas mark 7. Remove slip and film. Place on baking tray and heat until piping hot. 30-35 mins 40-45 mins

MICROWAVE

Remove sleeve and pierce film twice with fork. Place in centre of microwave and heat at 800W. Carefully remove film and stir. Allow to stand for 1 min and ensure food is piping hot before serving. 8 mins 12-15 mins

HOW TO STORE

Keep frozen -18°.
