Smoked haddock, salmon and seasonal white fish with baby spinach in a creamy parsley sauce with buttery mash potato

Preheat oven to 200°C fan / gas mark 7. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven. Carefully remove film and allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure piping hot before serving. 35-40 mins

45-50 mins
