Beef Bolognese Sauce
Made by hand in our kitchen, using fresh produce and slow cooking to bring out the natural flavours. Our beef is Aberdeen Angus cross (usually Charalaise) reared near the Ayrshire coast in Scotland. Delicious with spaghetti.
