This bolognese is a perfectly balanced meal with just the right proportions of protein, carbohydrate and healthy fats. It is made using grass fed, Scottish, Aberdeen Angus mince; providing a meal which is low in saturated fat and high in essential nutrients such as omega 3 fats, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), zinc, iron, Beta carotene and Vitamin E. At less than 500 Kcal per serve, it fits comfortably within daily calorie requirements and has the added benefit of being low in sugar and salt.
