Roast Chicken, Avocado & Pine Nut Salad With Tarragon Yoghurt Dressing
ABOUT THIS POT
A roast chicken breast salad with mixed seasonal lettuces, cucumber, avocado, cress and toasted pine nuts. Served with a tarragon yoghurt dressing on the side. We use British free-range chicken and whenever possible veg grown in the UK.
