ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
A selection of Spanish meats including sliced chorizo, sliced salchichon and sliced 18 month Jamón Serrano with a soft and hard cheese, olives, caperberries and smoked almonds. Serves 6-10 people.
THE FINEST INGREDIENTS
Candelario, Spain Flavoured with smoked paprika and garlic this chorizo is derived from wild Ibérico pigs. The chorizo is naturally cured for 80 days lending it a considerable depth and sweetness.
Made with the hind legs of white pigs this Gran Reserva Ham is cured in sea salt then air dried in the Spanish Meseta, at 800m above sea level for over 18 months. It boasts a fine aroma and delicate flavour from slow curing.
Tunworth Soft Cows Milk
Tunworth is our own, very British, Camembert – a soft, white-rinded cheese wonderfully reminiscent of its French cousin. Tunworth is made markedly different thanks to the rounded green hills and lush grazing of its rural Hampshire terroir. The finished 250g cheese has a soft, thin and wrinkled rind, a rich and earthy mushroom fragrance, and a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavour.
Manchego Diaz Miguel is a cheese made in the La Mancha region of Spain from the milk of sheep of the Manchega breed, which is aged for between 60 days and two years.
Crunchy savoury and sharp, caperberries are the mature fruit of the Mediterranean caper bush. Hand picked with stalk intact they are a great accompaniment to cured meats and fish.
Bangalore cornichons with fragrant bay leaves and coriander seeds.
Bright green olive from Sicily resembling the shape of a small apple, these Nocellara are vanilla sweet and buttery with a slight crunch.
