Roast Chicken, Avocado & Pine Nut Salad With Tarragon Yoghurt Dressing
ABOUT THIS POT
A roast chicken breast salad with mixed seasonal lettuces, cucumber, avocado and toasted pine nuts. Served with a tarragon yoghurt dressing on the side. We use British free-range chicken and whenever possible veg grown in the UK.

Tarragon Yoghurt Dressing Side Pot: fresh tarragon, fresh chives, greek yoghurt (dairy), mayonnaise (egg), dijon mustard (sulphites), lemon juice, salt, pepper
