ABOUT THIS POT
British, free-range chicken breast grilled in an olive oil and fresh thyme marinade. Served with a red and white quinoa, butter bean, petit pois and tarragon salad. Served with a nut-free, fresh basil pesto dressing on the side. We use British free-range chicken and whenever possible veg grown in the UK.

"Quinoa is a grain “with benefits”. It's relatively low in calories, low fat and high in a good quality protein. It’s a great source of all essential amino acids, including lysine and isoleucine. It’s also packed with beneficial antioxidant phytonutrients, manganese, folate, fibre and is gluten free. The beans in this dish lower the glycaemic index, helping to keep blood sugars and energy levels even throughout the day."
