British free-range chicken breast from our butcher HG Walter cooked in a fresh lemon and thyme marinade. Served with a quinoa, butter bean, petit pois and tarragon salad. On the side a nut-free, fresh basil pesto dressing.

"Quinoa is a grain “with benefits”. It's relatively low in calories, low fat and high in a good quality protein. It’s a great source of all essential amino acids, including lysine and isoleucine. It’s also packed with beneficial antioxidant phytonutrients, manganese, folate, fibre and is gluten free.
