Winter Ribollita With Grated Parmesan


ABOUT THIS POT
 A rustic Italian vegetable soup with beans, cavolo nero and veg served with a side pot of grated parmesan.
 
THE FINEST INGREDIENTS
carrot * potato * celery * red onion * garlic * chopped tomato * plum tomato * cannellini bean * cavolo nero leaf * fennel seed * chilli flake * bay leaf * soft brown sugar * olive oil * salt & pepper * (side pot: parmesan)
 
 
HOW TO HEAT
MICROWAVE: microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Stir half way through. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Time:
  • Individual pot: 5 mins 
HOB: Transfer content to saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Please don't boil. Stir halfway through heating. Allow to stand for a minute or two. Careful, it's hot!
 
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated; suitable for home freezing.
