free-range Welsh chicken * butternut squash * spring onion * garlic * flat rice noodles * fresh coriander * kale * fresh red chilli * fresh ginger * kaffir lime leaf * lemongrass * fresh lime juice * ground turmeric * coconut milk * soy saucefish sauce * homemade chicken stock * sesame oil * salt 
All our meals are available in either individual pots or larger sharing boxes, choose your packaging type when ordering. Our hot meals are delivered chilled for you to heat at a time that suits. If you aren't eating same day, we recommend storing in a fridge below 5°c.
MICROWAVE: microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Stir half way through. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Time:
  • Individual pot: 5 mins
  • Sharing box (serves 3): 8 mins
  • Sharing box (serves 8): 20 mins 
HOB: Transfer content to saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Please don't boil. Stir halfway through heating. Allow to stand for a minute or two. Careful, it's hot!
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated; suitable for home freezing.
