Pump Street is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. After mastering naturally-leavened bread, we ventured into making chocolate from beans we import directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world. We are proud to produce the finest craft chocolate. Provenance and process are key to our finished bars. We source cacao from the best growers who ferment and dry the beans at origin. We then tailor our roasting, grinding and conching to yield the best tasting chocolate possible.

Made from Heirloom Cacao Preservation accredited cocoa beans from Samuel von Rutte's Hacienda Limon farm on the Guantupi River in Ecuador. An extremely palatable high-percentage bar with a rich aroma and a rounded, nutty character. Bean to bar chocolate handmade in Suffolk, UK. A bakery series bar, featuring our own baked goods. The crumb of our 100% rye loaf is added to this our Ecuador 60% Dark Milk. The mellow creaminess of the milk chocolate shows off the nuttiness and acidity of the rye grain.

HOW TO STORE
Store in a dark room with temperature between 12 °C and 19 °C. Do not store with strong-smelling products.
