You asked for it so our Beef Bolognese Sauce is back on the menu. Here are 3 ways I like to have it depending on how much time I have and how I'm feeling:
1. Keep it classic with tagliatelle. In Bologna acceptable alternatives include other broad flat pasta shapes, such as pappardelle or fettuccine, and tube shapes, such as rigatoni and penne.
2. Try it with a baked potato and green salad.
3. Serve it with a simple side of seasonal steamed greens (see what's in season below)
