I received the wrong delivery. I noticed before delivery driver had left, caught him in time, and returned the incorrect order. He took it - and said he may come back - reappeared about an hour later with my order. No apology at all. Hummus Use By date was 19/05. Order arrived 15/05 by Saturday evening, the 16/5, the hummus had started to ferment and already was off. Bit of a shame really - but everything else was superb.

Hi - you’ve changed the formula of your brownies from when we had them 2 years ago! The Thai curry had no heat in it at all I’m afraid. The Mac and cheese needed much more cheese. The hummus was ok but split very quickly on a picnic. The sausage rolls were a big hit. Thank you

Disappointed in the size if the food provided. It was not highlighted that they were mini rolls and would be best to highlight how many people items would feed! Expensive for what it was

Sadly the brown rice and sweet potato was totally tasteless and the onions just sat on top. The chicken was extremely dry and the cookies were overcooked. Really didn't taste as good and we order from you guys from our corporate lunches a lot.

Good Morning, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback. We will be starting to rotate the hot menu from Monday 8th April and this will be changing weekly. We will look into making more variation to the main menu. The reason we do not change as frequently as before is because we want to ensure the standard of our food and the quality doesn't slip if we keep altering dishes. The food is lovely as usual but the delivery was not as prompt and the revised one came 55 minutes ahead of schedule. It would be great if you did deliveries from 0900 on Mondays.

I asked for the order to be delivery between 8.30am - 8.45am but it came really early. Subsequently no one was at reception so they left order outside our reception doors. I requested a specific time for a reason so was a bit disappointed it was ignored. The food was really lovely though.
